Turkey jerky is made from turkey breast meat. It takes 280g turkey meat to make 100g final product.
Ingredients:
Turkey breast meat, sugar, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt,) maltodextrine, salt, mixed spices, dextrose. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Preservative: sodium nitrit.
Turkey jerky is made from solid strips of Premium Turkey. It is 94% fat free, low calories and high protein (50%!) snack.
